Rob Bromley:

Mr. Bromley has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Originally from Connecticut, Rob lived in San Diego while attending San Diego State University, where he earned dual degrees in both Fine Art and Industrial Arts/ Technology. This background gives him unique perspectives regarding both the artistic design and the technological construction involved in a project. Rob relocated to Arizona to attend graduate school, and found himself drawn to the construction industry. Over the years he gained both field and management experience, and built a stellar reputation with many award-winning architects, including several who have been named Masters of the Southwest by Phoenix Home and Garden magazine. Mr. Bromley has been licensed as a general contractor in Arizona since 1993. He is well versed in a variety of architectural styles ranging from minimalist and contemporary to traditional styles such as Tuscan, Territorial, Santa Fe, and Southwest.

Chris Turner:

Chris has been with RJ Bromley Construction since 1995. A native Arizonan, Chris serves as both a field superintendent and estimator. Chris has exceptional skill in working closely with clients. He also excels at coordinating the various subcontractors on a project and making certain their work is done in a timely and professional manner. Chris has successfully supervised large projects, including several recently at the Desert Botanical Garden.

Damien Cabrinha:

Damien began working for RJ Bromley Construction in 2000. He hails originally from Hawaii. Damien is a field superintendent who is also a superb craftsman. At times he has been called on to create custom pieces, including cabinets, for our clients. Damien has amazing skills in many areas, and as a superintendent, actively works on any project he supervises. Our clients value his attention to detail and sensitivity to job site needs.
